Brownies are a sure guarantee of success with children. Everyone loves its intense chocolate flavor and texture, soft on the inside and very crunchy on the outside with the walnuts. But so they don't get bored with the taste, try varying the recipe.

A good change may be to substitute the traditional dessert this version of soft brownie from chocolate white and tan. The flavor will be very delicate and sweet, with the light touch of cinnamon. You'll see how they like it!

  • 200 gr. white chocolate
  • 150 gr. of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 butter or margarine
  • 80 gr. Of flour
  • 25 gr. cream
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 125 gr. walnuts

1. Preheat the oven to 185º. Spread a rectangular or square mold with butter so that when cutting the brownies are left with that shape. Baking paper can be placed on the base to make it easier to unmold.

2. Cut the butter or margarine and the chocolate into pieces and melt them in the microwave (put at maximum power in 30 second intervals so that it does not burn) or in a traditional way, in a water bath.

3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until they start to whiten, but without making it too foamy. Add the previous mixture when the chocolate is at room temperature, so that the eggs do not set.

4. Mix the flour with the yeast and the cinnamon and add to the mixture so that it thickens and forms a homogeneous dough.

5. Chop the walnuts (the size as preferred) and add to the above, stirring so that they are evenly distributed.

6. Pour the dough into the mold and bake at 185º for approximately 15 minutes. When cool, unmold and cut into squares.

It is all true, but as for me, if there are visitors to the sites, then there are comments, tk. everyone wants to take part in the discussion of a particular topic, thereby to light up in the circle of bloggers, so I think the number of comments is in direct proportion to the number of visitors .. well, we don’t take spam of course
