- 750 gr. of patatos
- 225 gr. Of flour
- 100 gr. parmesan cheese
- 70 gr. of butter
- 100 ml. milk
1. Boil the peeled potatoes in water until soft. Crush them well and mix with the flour. If it is very thick add a little milk.
2. Spread the dough on a floured surface until it cools and roll it into a thin tube. Cut pieces of a couple of centimeters to make the gnocchi.
3. Boil the gnocchi in batches, add and leave for two or three minutes until they float, leave one more minute and remove them.
4. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the milk and cheese, stir until thickened and season to taste. Mix the sauce with the gnocchi and serve.
